Grace is the Managing Director of Art Excel Advertising, a company she established nearly 13 years ago. Art Excel handles both national and multinational brands and has a rich portfolio of work to its credit.

Grace holds a B.A Hons, (a Degree in Graphic Design) and an Executive MBA in Marketing from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology and the University of Ghana Business School, Legon respectively.

Grace has been in advertising for over 2 decades, prior to establishing Art Excel, she worked at Lowe Lintas for 14 years, where she rose through the ranks from a Graphic designer to the position of Acting Creative Director. She then worked with Emerge Ghana for 11 months as the General Manager. With brief working visits to Lowe Lintas in London, Hardy Boys in Durban and training in Lowe Bull in Johannesburg, South Africa, all in Advertising and Design as part of her work experience.

She was awarded Ghana’s Most Respected CEO, Graphic Design category in 2021 and has also been awarded for Business Excellence by the World Confederation of Businesses (WORLDCOB) in 2022.

As a member of the Advertising Association of Ghana (AAG) Grace chairs one of its special committees and also a committee member of the education and professional training committee. She has been a Juror for the Gong Gong Awards of the AAG, from 2003 to 2006 and also a Juror for the Creative Awards of the Association of Advertising Agencies of Nigeria in 2008.

She has been a Board Member of Action Chapel International, Potter’s Cathedral and also a former Board Member of Oasis Montessori.

Grace is married to Architect Jeff Andoh with 3 sons; Julian, Jude and Jason.
