AAG Executive Council
Mr. Isaac Cudjoe is the current Executive Director of AAG.
Until his appointment as the Executive Director of the Association, Mr. Isaac Cudjoe had been running a family business and his own consultancy firm. He is an accredited Public Relations expert with the Institute of Public Relations, Ghana. He holds a Bachelor of Education (Honours) Degree in English & French from the University of Cape Coast and an MA in Communication Studies (Public Relations & Advertising) from the University of Ghana.
Mr. Isaac Cudjoe is an experienced corporate executive with over 20 years of cross-industry experience spanning mainstream media, FMCG, Aviation, Telecommunications and the not-for-profit industry. He has functional experience in Corporate Communications, Brand Management, Media and Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Partnerships. He has worked at senior levels in above-market roles, across Africa, covering Nigeria, Benin, Gambia, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, South Africa, Lesotho, Eswanti (formerly Swaziland) and Mozambique.
Mr. Isaac Cudjoe has worked in the following organizations in different capacities:
- Multimedia Group as broadcast journalist and producer at Joy 99.7 FM
- British American Tobacco Company as Communications manager for Ghana, Benin, Niger and Togo; and as Corporate & Regulatory Affairs manager for Anglophone West Africa and Guinea.
- Equatorial Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Ghana as Director of Public Affairs & Communications.
- Vodafone Ghana as Head of Corporate Communications
- Ghana Civil Aviation Authority as Head of Corporate Affairs
- VSO International as Corporate Partnerships Manager for Africa.
The mark of Mr. Cudjoe’s leadership is making corporate brands visible and attractive, successful resolution of corporate crisis, making every project relate to the corporate bottom-line, focusing on people development for more efficiency and effectiveness and a making a lasting and positive impact in every space he finds himself.
